Well glad you asked … the options are endless! Some days I feel like gooey eggs on toast and other days I feel like warmed oats topped with berries and yogurt. (I wish I had some fancy name for this but I’m a simple pimple so I’ll call it what it is )⁠Here a quick and easy breakfast option for you to try when you’re needing some inspiration.

Recipe:⁠

• Mix below ingredients and soak in the fridge overnight.⁠
• 40g rolled oats ⁠200ml unsweetened almond milk (may need to add more water depending on the consistency you like)
• ⁠1x scoop of salted caramel Rule1 protein
• ⁠30g Chia seeds⁠Cook mix in the microwave for 2 mins then top with;⁠
• Frozen berries and natural yogurt. ⁠
• Great source of carbs and protein to get your day started!⁠
