Snack Attack ????
One of my all time fave combinations and the perfect mix for a PM energy boost for that evening training session!
– 1x mountain bread rye wrap
– 60 g banana
– 20 g @mayverfood crunchy peanut butter
– Cinnamon (to taste)
Spread peanut butter and ad sliced banana to wrap, sprinkle with cinnamon then roll and zap in the microwave for 40 secs. You don’t have to heat but I prefer to 😉
