Snack Attack ????

One of my all time fave combinations and the perfect mix for a PM energy boost for that evening training session!⁠
– 1x mountain bread rye wrap⁠
– 60 g banana ⁠
– 20 g @mayverfood crunchy peanut butter⁠
– Cinnamon (to taste) ⁠
Spread peanut butter and ad sliced banana to wrap, sprinkle with cinnamon then roll and zap in the microwave for 40 secs. You don’t have to heat but I prefer to 😉
